Operator and scope
CuraVeyra is a brand operated by Telemedical Technologies LLC. This policy describes the marketing website at https://www.curaveyra.com and its synthetic demonstrations, not future clinical deployments. Clinical deployments would require their own data-protection information and applicable agreements before use.

The demo, pilot-partner and investor forms request business contact details and inquiry information. Depending on the form, these include name, organization or fund, work email, optional phone, location, organization or investor type, clinical specialty, approximate population, preferred contact method and a message. A confirmation checkbox asks you not to include patient health information.
The purpose of these fields is to prepare an inquiry for the operator to respond to a demo, pilot or investment request. Form entries remain in the open page until you submit, clear or leave it; the application does not save them to browser storage.
Sending and recipients
When you submit a form, the entered fields are sent to the website's server, checked for completeness and spam, and forwarded as an email to the operator's business mailbox at info@curaveyra.com. Emails are sent through Lovable’s email service using the configured sending domain notify.curaveyra.com. Your email address is used as the reply address so the operator can respond directly.
The website itself does not keep a database of inquiries. Copies of an inquiry exist in the email service's delivery records and in the operator's mailbox. If sending fails, the form tells you so and keeps your entries so you can email info@curaveyra.com yourself. Contact the operator for information about the handling of a specific inquiry.
AI assistant chat
The “Ask CuraVeyra” assistant answers general questions about CuraVeyra. When you send a message, the recent text of the conversation is sent to the website's server and forwarded to Lovable’s AI service, which passes it to a third-party AI model provider to generate the reply. Retention of request content by the AI service and model provider is governed by their own settings and terms; the website does not promise that content is never stored.
The website does not keep a database of chat transcripts and does not write conversation content to its own logs. The conversation exists only in the open page and is cleared when you reload it or select “Clear chat”. To prevent abuse, the server keeps short-lived usage counters linked to a random chat session code and a one-way hash of your network address; these counters do not contain message content.
The assistant does not collect contact details or send inquiries. If you ask for help with an inquiry, it can prepare a draft shown in an editable card. You can change the card yourself or ask the assistant to revise it; each version receives a revision number. The current card text, including your edits, is kept only in the memory of the open page — also while the assistant is closed or you move between pages of this website — and is sent with your next chat message so the assistant revises the version you see. It is not written to browser storage or to a database, and it is erased when you reload the page or select “Clear chat”.
A draft is placed into the Message field of a contact form only when you select the “Use draft…” button, and it is the card text at that moment. If you already changed the message in the form yourself, the form asks whether to replace it with the draft or keep your message. Nothing is sent until you add your details and submit the form yourself. Please do not enter personal health information in the chat.
No health information
Our public forms are not intended for patient medical records or protected health information. Please do not submit such information.
Synthetic demonstrations
The Monitoring Workflow Demo, Clinical Hub Demo and homepage simulations use authored fictional patient records. Their selections, notes and simulated workflow actions are held in page memory and reset on reload. They do not connect to patient records, send patient communications or contact emergency services. CSV exports in Clinical Hub download synthetic records to your device; handling of a downloaded file is under your control. Do not enter real patient information in demonstration notes.
Page resources and technical processing
The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser contacts those services, exposing connection information such as your IP address and request headers to them. Serving website files also involves requests to the host.
The application code does not set cookies, store visitor profiles in local or session storage, or include a conventional analytics tag. Its error handling can call optional hosting-provided error-reporting hooks when available. These statements describe the application, not a guarantee that hosting infrastructure, injected scripts or email services perform no additional processing.
Privacy questions and requests
Contact info@curaveyra.com for privacy questions or requests concerning access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable law. This page does not specify an unverified retention period or processing location.
